"Needs improvement in several areas; cleanliness, doors did not close appropriately they tried to fixed it several times but still not closing. Sometimes they rent the common areas for parties until 11pm. The city have a problem with water and they use tanks, if there is no electricity there is no water for a shower. You get what you pay! "

"A good hotel about a 12 minute walk to Plaza Principal. (Main Square) The hotel is one block away from Paseo del Prado, Cochabamba's main thoroughfare. The hotel is clean, safe (Cochabamba is a very safe city) and the continental breakfast is good. My only criticism is..........the bathroom! The shower had no curtain, I addressed the issue with reception and was told that that's the way the bathroom was. So after a shower the entire bathroom became a swimming pool. "The hotel is new, but with some small problems. - noisy road and no blackout curtains in the room, making it very bright quite eary. - transparent glassdoor in the bathroom!? No privacy at all. - breakfast quite simply for the size of the hotel."

"we had a very bad stay. We couldn't sleep not even a night because of mosquitos. The room's door was smaller than the space in the wall, letting mosquitos get in through a gap between. It was really annoying and unconfortable for us because we had to kill dozens of them. We know other travellers have had the same problem because there were lots of blood stains on the walls, making the room look dirty. Staff, breakfast and kitchen were ok, but mosquitos's issue was terrible. "
