Also texted them on the hotels.com app and they responded 3 days later with the check in link . ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WOULDNT EVEN OFFER ME A REFUND AS THEY SAID MY STAY WAS COMPLETE AND I DIDNT EVEN SLEEP THERE OR CHECK IN ."
