"I stayed in this Hotel in the off-season - I was the only resident there! Bablu and Vijay were very helpful towards my needs...they even borrowed me their bicycle so I could fetch some essentials on the evening of my arrival. They arranged breakfast every morning and provided me with a map of Goa which allowed me to plan my excursions. Bablu gave me a takeaway menu from a local restaurant which was very useful on an evening. The area of the hotel was quiet and tranqil...just what I needed after...

Patenom is not as busy as its neighbouring resort Palolem beach, which is only a 5 minute taxi ride away with its many restaurants if you fancy something different of an evening . "The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. How unprofessional and dishonest and we have not yet been refunded!The rest of the site is totally unfinished but they advertise as if the...

"I was saved by luck. I was alloted room no 216..The gyser was directly connected to the shower... We were getting very hot water from shower only and cold water from tap . No scope of adjustment of water temperature. The reason why I was about to die while bathing was the direct connection of hot water to shower which was of metal.. while I was applying soap I lifted my hand and tip of my finger touched the shower...I got a very bad shock and was thrown away..I was saved by the grace of Almighty...
