"Very well situated in the old town. Bit confusing inside as in many levels and although lift available there are still stairs on several levels to reach rooms. There was no kettle or microwave available. The hot drink facility was down two floors in communal kitchen with boiling water tap, which was okay but a room kettle is preferable, especially as the British like their cups of tea! Room a good size, nice toiletries. No washing up liquid or tea towels. Dishwasher only and minimal crockery/...

"Property is in a scenic setting close to Lake. Had eclectic decor which we loved. Staff Mr. Paul was very kind and helped us to call and lodge complaint when I lost my cell phone in train. They also had amazing beveled station! I would definitely stay there in my next trip."

"Location was perfect for our trip and the staff at the reception was accomodating. The maids forgot to flush the toilet when we arrived. Also the maids forgot to refill the cups and bathroom glasses in our room. Besides this the water pressure, hot water, room size, extra bed and amenities were perfect. You should choose the room for its location. "

"Very nice hotel, helpful staff, dog friendly, good location, facilities in village and great views, (+ easy access off autoroute). Breakfast & evening meal very good. Room good size. Lift access. Can't fault this hotel. So is there a negative? Only one, the chirch nearby has a clock thst chimes the hours and the quarters if that's not enough it also rings all the bells at 05.00! So if you are a light sleeper and like to sleep with the window open a bit, just bear this in mind"

"The most joyful station in my trip all over Europe. Every spot is beautiful, the region, the landscape, the lovely people, the hotel and it’s classical nature made it more attractive. It’s like the films. The manager is lovely and so helpful, so are all other staff members. Although my check-in was delayed until 4:00 pm but That’s nothing. I would come again. Strongly recommended "

"Description had twin bed, in practice it was a single bed. Men's shared bathroom lock was broken. No soap in shared shower. You can hear every single thing the people in rooms next to you are doing. Breakfast was OK. Parking is convenient."
