"Could not have been happier with our stay. The owner Rocco and team provided excellent customer service. The rooms clean and comfortable. Variety of food at dinner was very good. Convenient location to sightseeing. It is a quaint hotel so if you want fancy go somewhere else but if you want a wonderful Italian local feel this is the best place."

No noise from street and every one is respectful. Press button to open front door which is really good and safe. The Bad: Area is not so good but the goods outweigh this by being safe. "It's fine. Cheap place to stay. The noise is the biggest issue. There were dogs barking in reception one morning and no attempt from anyone to quiet them down. On the last night there was someone in a room practicing opera from 10pm til gone midnight. Think they need to remind guests and staff this is a hotel and people are trying to sleep. But as I say it's clean, cheap and staff were friendly."

"The hotel itself was great. It had a retro feel which we loved and the staff were lovely. However, it seemed we couldn’t leave and re-enter after 10pm as we didn’t get a key to the main door. It also felt quite unsafe outside as there were many men hanging around trying to talk to you as you looked for the entrance. The entrance is quite concealed, so would be useful to be given instructions on how to find it. "
