"Room was very nice & clean, but when the maids came in the second day they took the towels & bathmat & did not replace them! Also, prices get jacked up Waaaayyyy too much on graduation weekends! No cream cheese for the bagels on a $400 a night room. Boooooo. "

"We had 3 rooms. Two rooms were great. Third room sink faucet, toilet and outlets were broken. Staff offered to fix and were kind. Nice breakfast. Very clean."

"When we arrived they told us we had to pay an additional $100 deposit (which they wanted to run through on a card and then later refund, if we were paying cash. I had no problem with them having the card number, but didn’t have enough on the debit card to put the hundred through. We wound up having to use my daughter’s card. Wish we had been advised of this policy ahead of time. Also, we were not able to adjust the room temperature. Was not impressed."

"Pro’s: Nice staff, convenient location, clean, large room, good bed, good A/C, good coffee Cons: no safe in the room, breakfast is minimal and, besides for the yoghurt, only unhealthy choices. But I would definitely stay there again. "

"Except for the encounter with the receptionist at check-in, it was a very good experience. If she had just smiled, she could have made things so much better. Our room wasn’t ready and she was new and didn’t know what to do - and that’s fine. She made a phone call, we got a nicer room, and everything was fine, except she never smiled or welcomed us. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. It was a very nice stay. "

"Clean rooms, comfortable sleeping, quiet, great breakfast, friendly staff should have more than 2.5 stars but im sure the gym and pool renovations are keeping it lower. Management took care of the laundry machine within 30 minutes of mentioning the issue. Will stay again. Thankyou!"
