"breakfast needs a little work - I have stayed at 4 or more Hyatt Place branded hotels and this was the first breakfast that did not offer good healthy options (greek yogurt, plain nuts, whole fruit options). I would encourage the team to consider better options that are more whole food and less processed."

"very clean room"

"Did not feel comfortable with immediate surroundings. Elevator area was dark. Room looked very "dumpy" towels were paper thin and there was blood on the toilet seat. Staff was fair, but not helpful at all when I asked to leave after the first night stay and get a refund for 2nd night. Accomodations were booked through Expedia, and they were extremely helpful with getting me a refund for the 2nd night. Would not recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not eat the breakfast, but the coffee was good. "

"The charge for breakfast prevented us from staying any longer than necessary. The hotel smelled very perfumy and strong like it was trying to hide something. The pool has too many bugs inside it."

"We’ve stayed here before and conditions were much better. This time, Room 401, was atrocious. The A/C would not get the humidity out of the room no matter what the temperature setting. The Fan was set to AUTO but never shut off even though you could hear the compressor cycle. The sheets were “scratchy” which was another new problem. And to top it all off, worst of the problems, the toilet would “burp” water (and what was in it) out of the basin occasionally when attempting to flush. Since we were just there for one night, we cleaned it up ourselves. This doesn’t affect the room(s) but the carpet in the 4th floor hallway is filthy, stained and way overdue for a serious cleaning or replacement."
