Very clean great staff yet main reason for selecting thìs hotel was the claim to have a bar in the lobby. The lobby only contains coolers with canned beer and soft drinks. This was to be our company social common area after our conference classes. Very little perks.. no coffee pot inthe rokns. No maid service for the claim is new towels and making of the bed every other day.. Great coffe in lobby is only plus. Will not return

Front desk! No effort at all to do her job. Which is or should be customer service. Not a cell phone with no attention to the customer. This was the lady or girl at check out not the evening. Other than her not providing coffee. The room and amenities were great!

Cleanliness of the bathroom and room could significantly be improved. There was lots of hair, dirt, grime and build up left in the shower as if it hasn’t been scrubbed in months, only “wiped down” at the very most. The only reason I provided 3 stars is because the room was extremely cold which I greatly appreciated! We were located on the first floor and even the interior halls could be shampooed or cleaned, or scrubbed. Something to get all the black stuff off the walls and floor. It was pretty gross walking through the hall in the first floor. Likely would not stay here again.

Very poor experience. Would not recommend and would never return. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional—no greeting, bad attitude, and dismissive responses to basic questions. Breakfast and room were just okay, nothing special. Management clearly lacks proper training and supervision. I stayed at the same hotel chain in Dallas recently and had an excellent experience, which is why I chose this location. Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Front desk lady was the worst. What first impression for a customer. Maybe she was busy on her cell phone

North Bryan stay

The hotel was quiet and in a great location for us. Lots of food choices very close by. The rooms were very clean and comfortable would definitely stay again.
