The hotel even provided us with complimentary breakfast on the first day since they felt that we came early in the morning and might not be able to go out for breakfast in time. Really nice of them! "On a adoré notre séjour à Anam Hôtel ! On y a passé 10 jours. On a pu se reposer. L’hôtel se situe à quelques mètres de la plage, où on peut y voir des magnifiques coucher de soleil le soir. Le personnel de l’hôtel est juste super super gentil. Il y a une cuisine que l’on peut utiliser, mais aussi une machine à laver dont on peut se servir. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne regretterez rien."

"It's a quiet place in the vicinity of liberty plaza and Gangaramaya in Colombo. In the beginning was having doubts till I went in and spoke to the owner. Friendly and Helpful staff. "My wife and I decided to stay here after our flight arrived late at night. The address on google is totally different than the actual address. There were some miscommunications and after hours of search for the place (no signs) we ended up finding another dodgy hotel at 2:30am. We worked it out in the am that we would stay at the place the night before we fly out. It took a long time to find the place. It's not really close to anything. You need a car or a tuk tuk to get to anything. Ruwan...

"My recent stay at Juliana Hotel in Colombo left me with mixed feelings. The main concern was the overall condition of the hotel, which was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room and toilet was expressly poor, and I even encountered bugs in the toilet. The air conditioner was loud and noisy, contributing to an unpleasant experience. "I showed up and they told me I hadn’t booked. I showed them my hotels.com confirmation email and receipt. They said they never received the payment even though I had the receipt. They then made me pay for a full room which ended up costing more than what the room I booked online was. I also had bed bugs bite my legs during the stay. "

"Good location, not far away from train station (going to train station by tuk-tuk was only for 500 rupees). Very fast wifi Internet. But the room was not very clean (I saw a big cockroach there). Also there was no hot water in washroom. This place is suitable to spend a night while traveling with backpack, but not more. "
