The main concern was the overall condition of the hotel, which was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room and toilet was expressly poor, and I even encountered bugs in the toilet. The air conditioner was loud and noisy, contributing to an unpleasant experience. There was also a persistent bad smell in the room, and several lights were not working. To top it off, I noticed holes on the bedsheet. On a more positive note, the friendly staff and the hotel's good location were redeeming factors. The room was so outdated and no window to open for ventilation so therefore smelt awfully damp and was off putting whilst trying to sleep on the terribly, uncomfortable , lumpy , unclean bed , never slept on a bed as uncomfortable in my life. The TV did not work , the air conditioning was so loud I thought a plane was landing on the roof. The bathroom smelt like the sewers and looked like it hasn’t had an update since 1952. There is no wifi in the room but there is in the lobby but is so slow and useless there is no point trying to use it. And also there is designated smoking areas on each floor right next to bedrooms so can smell camel cigarettes being smoked all night. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. My room was cleaned everyday. Had the basic amenities. Got fresh towels everyday. AC was old but worked like a charm so no complaints. Cons: There was a smell in the washroom that wouldn't go, and the bed mattress is very hard, you can feel the coils. But I didn't mind it much, and my son was good with it too. They made us to wait for 2 hours in lobby even thought they had room available on that time. Front desk staff said, that's their policy we have to wait till 7am till second shift in order them to release the room..
