"Staffs surely not rude, but cannot give a warm welcome feeling to customers. Especially to oversea customers whose mother tongue is not English, they speak English too fast. And seems not be considerate or patient enough to accept customers for not fully understand his/her explanation at the beginning. I am just asking to clarify more, not begging for anything! No facilities at all and the free WiFi is only restricted to 250M per 24 hours. Not enough for general usage. Even the WiFi...
