There’s no service at all - you get random codes the day of check in. Some strange guy was sleeping in the hallway outside our room the first night and “bathing” in the toilet room. There was some blood on the wall of one shower that didn’t get cleaned off during our stay. The toilets are odd - the tap fills the cistern so they run a lot longer than you expect. It’s VERY loud with the pub noise downstairs - the traffic noise isn’t bad but the karaoke is really loud and goes until about 1am. The bed is comfortable though and the room was surprisingly warm.
