"The F1 is an excellent value hotel conveniently located just outside the périphérique intérieur of Paris… close enough to the centre that all but the laziest guests can walk to the Sacré Coeur. Sure the rooms are small by American standards… but not for a Paris or London hotel. And yes… for many rooms the showers and toilets are a short walk away. But they are plentiful and when I stayed (twice in two weeks) were clean. And that’s the price you pay for a hotel that offers this value and...

"The place was very close to metro which is convenient to travel to go from landmarks of Paris. They gave us clean towels everyday and make our room tidy 🙂 Highly recommended"

"The staff is at a real minimal with much of the time at the hotel being self managed. The hotel is popular with contractors, which can mean a lot of vans parked outside. The rooms really lack light as the window is small, without net seriously impairing your privacy, which is tough to deal with in the heat. The area is good however. "

"The hotel is in a FANTASTIC location for attending events at the Expo Center. The room itself was of course a little cramped, especially the bathroom. "

"It is a tiny little hotel in Monmartre area in a walking distance from Moulin Rouge and Pigalle. Thrre are plenty of cafe and restaurants around. We appreciated the cleaness and courtesy of the staff."

"Le logement à Edgar suite Montmartre est confortable et bien situé. C'est un quartier très agréable. L'accès est facilité avec un code d'entrée et un code pour l'appartement. Des petites attentions m'attendaient telles du chocolat et des capsules de café. Deux choses à signaler, la télé mal placée dans la chambre et l'impossibilité de doser les lumières dans le salon"

"The property was clean and tidy but the rooms were really warm with not much ventilation. The heating was on a very high setting and some rooms had no windows to allow for proper air circulation. Management took a long time to respond to the messages and address the issue. From a location standpoint, property is well connected to public transport links and has a few cafes and restaurants around."

"This hotel is very very bad! I booked a double room with private bathroom and paid on line, but when I check in the hostess of the hotel asked me to pay additional 10 EURO, otherwise I had to be in a roon without bathroom! I asked WHY??? On the other hand there is not a lift even up to 4 levels via very narrow stairscase. How terrible with big baggages!!"

"Needs improvement to be at an acceptable standards, particularly cleanness. Also à too noisy place. It was a convenient location close to clinic du Parc. Did not extend my stay and moved to a much better place with far better quality price. I do not recommend this hotel."
