Cheap basic accommodation..

It's a basic offering hotel chain.. personally use because they are cheap.. Offer a small basic room and facilities.. I had a disability adapted room.. not required but must say for anyone requiring one it's more than adequate.. The room was much bigger than the base room on offer.. All the amenities you need for a simple overnight stay possibly a day or so?? Comfortable bed and a hot running shower... which is all I look for personally especially after a long travel on the road.. Easy to find an access with parking.. Didn't particularly like the self check in using the digital screen...it took so long.. As the guy who was managing reception was there.. But never the less for the money for value it was acceptable Breakfast was included in the price.. basic contentental offering... but unfortunately I decided to get away on with my journey so can't comment...

Chambre correcte pour le prix.. Le personnel à l'accueil est top (Rémi et l'autre monsieur). L'hôtel est situé à côté d'arrêts de bus qui desservent la gare de Trappes ce qui a été un choix pour moi afin d'aller sur Paris facilement. Le point à améliorer serait peut-être de mettre dans les chambres une notice pour la clim car arrivée tardivement je n'ai vu que le lendemain des papiers à l'accueil.

Ne crachons pas dans la soupe, ca dépanne et c'est ce qu'on cherche. Le personnel était très accueillant et gentil Maintenant je dois tout de même prevenir de la présence de Coléoptères (c'est bien moins grave que des punaises mais c'est pas qqch qu'on aime apporter à la maison) Pas très sécurisé, mais c'est l'emplacement qui fait ça. Avec des personnes qui rode sur les plateformes extérieur a pas d'heure... Je pense qu'un soin supplémentaire devrait être apporter au nettoyage des serviettes qui présente des tâches tenaces douteuse....

Nous sommes arrivés a l'heure pas de soucis de ce côté par contre etat de la chambre chewing-gum collé sur le bois de lit rideau. de douche décrocher pommeau de douche fuite de partout et bouquet porte d entree vriller donc l air passer nous avons très froid obliger de mettre mon manteau pour cacher l air chambre 22.

j'aimerai ne pas dire avoir été très déçu de cet hôtel. pourtant habitué de cet enseigne, mais là; fermeture du portail au heure d'ouverture d'accueil ,fort dangereux car au bord d'une route très chargée à forte circulation de camions, en outre route défoncée et à 12m des chambres mal isolées verrou de fenêtre cassé et chambre entretien très limite...le bruit de la route vous empêche de dormir et l'hôtel est mal situé.

Hôtel très bruyant on entend tous les bruits par la porte comme si il en avait pas le vent passe autour de la porte obliger de mettre le chauffage à fond pour ne pas avoir froid salle de bain vétuste qui donne sur la chambre sans porte juste des rideaux
