"The stay was so so, dun just judge the hotel by just looking at its photos. Room are smaller than it shown, cleanliness is good. The window shown was fake as it can open 5cm then touching the wall outside the window, therefore less ventilation in the room. For Malaysian standard travellers, suggest to spend a lil more to have proper hotel if you were to enjoy and gets quality rest after walking so much in the city. Nice bfast they cook for you. But overall not too bad for the price we paid. "

"Property marked incorrectly on map by Expedia. Needed local assistance to find it. Place locked up on arrival. Needed to phone for assistance. Security on room poor; small glass panels above doorlock. Any unskilled person could break glass and enter. No security box. Only cold water available on first and last day. Shower head leaking spraying water everywhere. TV and set top box unable to be plugged in, sockets not accepting plugs. Fridge not working."
