"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"A lovely relaxing weekend by the sea. We love the Beach House in Pevensey Bay; this was the second time we have stayed and just as perfect as the first time. The house is clean, lovely comfy beds and well designed through out. Kitchen is well equipped for relaxed cooking, whilst chatting to friends enjoying a drink in the comfy sofa and chairs. Oh and the hot tub! fantastic, even on a cold day in March. Can only highly recommend this place and the lovely host Jane who responds quickly and...

"This property is just amazing. Full of character and charm and so very well suited to the large group that we were. From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! And what can we say about that...

"This is a very nice property. Very quirky. Large living/dining and kitchen combined. We stayed over Christmas and a tree was put up for us which was a nice touch. I understand the furniture has been chosen to fit in with what the owners are trying to achieve with the look of the property However I do have one complaint. For the amount of rental paid the sofas are appalling. Hardly any stuffing left in the seat cushions. Covered in throws which keep falling down and on one sofa the seat...

The Lodge is immaculately clean and Josephine has clearly thought about the visitor experience, as attention to every detail has been given in order to ensure you have a flawless and comfortable stay. "Stayed in this wonderful house at the end of August with my family( ages 3-89) and it was perfect for us all. Jill and Ben were great hosts and supplied everything you could possibly need. Would thoroughly recommend."

"Stayed for 17 nights while working locally. The house was spotless and the kitchen nice and large allowing 6 adults to all prepare their meals. Fire in the kitchen was a great bonus on the cold nights and the lounge large enough for us on the nights we never ventured out to sample the many local hostelries. "From the moment you step in the doorway of this beautiful home, you know you've found something special. Jeani's gorgeous property is light, bright and eclectically quirky - an accurate representation of the Camber/Rye area. We visited for a family celebration with 6 adults, 4 kids and a dog, and the space swallowed us and more. With every bedroom having an ensuite, there was no fighting for showers, instead, it was a place of calm and serenity. A literal stone's throw from the beach for days...

"We rented Tor House from the Friday to the Monday for a wedding in Lewes on the Saturday, the property was clean well looked after and had the perfect mix of being comfortable for the adults and safe and sensible for the kids. Highly recommend this property"

"Nicely decorated house in a good location close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ outside. We also loved the fireplace although could have done with a bigger supply of logs. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Super quiet at night too. Would recommend a visit."

We had amazing weather and enjoyed many days out cycling and visiting National Trust properties as well as the coast. It’s not walking distance to any amenities really but was very peaceful and a great base for sightseeing in a beautiful part of the country."
