"Main positive is the location and the view - well worth paying for the lake view. Rooms are large and ok. Overall hotel a bit scruffy - paint scuffed, carpets with holes in, corridors not very clean. Restaurant very hit and miss, some dishes really good but others just ok and service is so slow that food tends to arrive cold. Breakfast is pretty ordinary for that class of hotel. "The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

"It may look simple and small on the exterior but it was really cosy right from the lobby. Very nicely decorated and rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Hotel staff are friendly and with a smile. "Excellent location from Montreux train station. The room is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. I booked the privilege room, it offers wonderful lake view, a huge plus if you are on the higher floor! Also, all drinks in the mini bar are complimentary, staff is also very friendly.
