"Small but Nice"
The hotel was very comfortable overall and quite well located to get around Rome to all of the key attractions on foot. Our room was small and had no view, but was cozy and nicely done with a comfortable and well appointed bed and decent bathroom. We were there for 4 nights and asked for a larger room after the first night and our request was immediately granted. Our larger room was still on the small side. It was very hot in Rome and the air conditioning was marginally adequate, meaning we were warm at times.

"Fantastic Location close to Campo de Fiori "
The Residence is in a fabulous location on Via Guillia, the staff are very friendly and the whole place is immaculate. the only issue is the building work directly across the street which is very noisy, very early in the day!

"Great location to see the sights. "
Had a standard room which was really nice. Lovely clean and attractive hotel with a great little spa. Staff mainly excellent. Service on rooftop bar was so slow we had to cancel our order though. Good breakfast selection.

"Just what we needed in Rome!"
We liked everything from the moment we've been picked up from the airport by a hotel driver to the moment another hotel driver dropped us off at the airport right in time for our flight. Let me be specific. Location - walking distance to all places we planned to see. Just take a look at the map. Plus, if you like to feel a charm of old Rome this is your hotel to stay. You can "walk" Via Giulia in Google Map. The hotel building is very old, as are all buildings on that street, but nicely restored. They managed to combine beauty of old architecture and modern conveniences. The room was spacious (we did not book the small one) and very clean, nice big windows facing Via Giulia and very tall ceiling. Internet - free WiFi with pretty good speed, we had two IPads. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast - not your typical continental one and very delicious. Plus, they made some special cappuccino and omelette. To make long story short, we would pick this hotel if we are in Rome again!

"Small, classy modern boutique hotel "
Nice location near campo do fiori and piazza Navona. PROS -Beautiful, clean and sleek modern look. -Room was very nice, probably the most modern I've stayed at on 5th trip to Rome. -Cute and romantic small rooftop serving dinner and phenomenal drinks, DJ playing chill music at night, open til 1-130am. -Simple and nice included breakfast with option to pay and order additional food. -Overall, staff was very kind and helpful CONS -Air Conditioning worked fine but could have been a bit colder considering it was 100 degrees out. -In Room WiFi was not good at all, likely due to thick walls. If you are dependent on WiFi, this hotel may not be the best option, though it did work just fine in common areas.

"14th Century meets the 21st Century "
We were met at the apartment by Veronica (not the Veronica and Alessandro from the pre-arrival messages). The apartment is centrally located, walking distance to all the must in Rome: Pantheon, Trevi, the Beautiful Riverside walkways, St. Peters, Circus Maximus, the Coliseum, the Palatine Hill, Navona, Circus and St. peters would be the longest distances to walk, but definitively walkable (and we are in our 60's and it was 34-35C everyday). On the last day, Veronica met us and had prearranged a taxi for us to go to our car rental, just on the outskirt of town - I would never drive in Rome (coming from someone who learned to drive in Montréal !!)

"Great Location, a little smaller than expected"
Cant beat the location. Walk or bus easily to all the sites in Rome, and all the good places to shop and eat. Comfortable and quiet, but a little dated in terms of furniture. Tiny kitchen no oven, but functional for all meals. While they say 2 bedroom, by American standards it is 1 bed room and a living room that converts to a bedroom when you pull out beds from couches. I would stay again (we don't mind local flavor and style), but maybe not with 5 of us.
