"Fernanda was an amazing host and her place was so comfortable to stay in. I had the best sleep and rest there because the mattress was extremely comfortable. She has a fully functioning kitchen where you can cook and also modern fittings in the bathroom as well. Will definitely be back here!"

Super clean property crispy clean air and sunshine and no mosquito and harmful bugs even at night with lighting. Contact the host and try to book 'C' studio. "Eric's guesthouse was so comfortable. Exactly as listed. It was a perfect quiet & out-of-the way spot for me to get away for a long weekend and work on a writing project. There's not a lot of shopping/conveniences around so I advise stocking up on any provisions you'll need ahead of time. Peaceful and gorgeous location. Go for a walk -- the pinecones around there are huge!"

"We had a great stay. We were working in Thousand Oaks for a couple months and the space was perfect for my coworker and I. It’s in a great neighborhood and very close to a lot of cool areas, like Santa Monica, and Malibu. The apartment was spacious and clean. The host did a great job of communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again."

"I chose this for its location - approximately 3 blocks from my dad's home, and conveniently close to Starbucks and the regional library! The parking situation was a little challenging and I was glad I didn't have a car to juggle with a very busy street to pull out on. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was great. The kitchen situation, with all appliances plugged into an outlet strip, was not the safest. I'm glad the fridge and microwave worked! "

"The property was very clean and the space was very roomy. The owner’s communication was prompt. The only thing we found unusual was that, though there was a kitchen area with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and an electric coffee pot, there were no dishes or cutlery."

"Location worked well. Beds were good, each bedroom had own bath which was great. Had laundry facilities inside apartment which was great. We did have issues with the front door locking but host was very helpful in getting resolved. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

None of the check-in details were on VRBO. I had to reach out to the property manager. The pictures make it seem much larger than it is. The bunk beds were fine but the "bed" in the sunroom could fit a young child. But it's a sunroom. No one would be able to sleep in there with how bright it gets. The place was clean but the...

"We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment."
