"Property was very fancy, and welcoming upon arrival. Check in was fast, efficient, conducted in English. Hotel was ideally located, short walk from Sakuragicho, accessible by skywalk with free chocolate on arrival. Complimentary water was given every day which was well received. Room was very nice, with beautiful views of the city and Mt Fuji. The bath was very deep and and so accommodated me at 6ft 1 which was greatly appreciated. Bed was comfy and provided western soft pillows which was great....

"The location is everything. Being so close to a station with good access is wonderful. After dragging my suitcases around during my entire trip I was thrilled at the convenience of having the hotel almost inside the station. The hotel is clean and the amenities were great. "I stayed 3 nights here and I would say it was Excellent. Modern and clean room, very convenient access to Shin-Yokohama station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff helped me sort out a parcel that was suppose to arrive but didn’t, they went beyond my expectation. I stayed at another Hotel near the station (costed more too) and I had a much better time with Hotel Associa, Will definitely stay here next time when in city."
