"This hotel is in a great area, short walk to the trevi fountain, and a quick and easy walk to the metro which we took to get to the Vatican and the Colosseum. Rooftop restaurant has great food. Comfortable rooms, they had the second bed pulled out and ready for our family of four. They booked a cab to the airport for us, and it was ready and waiting in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We booked for 3 nights of stay in Daphne Luxury Suite. However, we were told on the morning of our check-in, that the proposed apartment was dirtied by the heavy rain, and we had to stay in 2 separate units. 2 of us had to stay in a 3 star looking tiny room, while the other 4 stayed in a Junior Suite 2 floors away. To add to the inconvenience, we had to relocate to the original proposed apartment the next day, which messed up our Day Trip plans. The caretaker lady was very kind, and she helped...

Good costumer service , i booked one of the room with private bathroom but outside the room ( i did not realized that ) which i did not like it but it was my fault. I suggest a mirror , at least a bottle of water and couple of glasses in the room , maybe a coffee maker ? "
