"Location was perfect. It is in Rome city center and walkable to all popular sites. The hotel was tucked into an alley. Streets in Rome are dirtier than expected and the alley smelled like sewage. Sadly, the sink and shower drains in our room would stink up our entire room of sewage and it was awful. The room was clean and housekeeping would clean everyday. Hotel was on a quiet alley so no distributions with sleeping. Other than sewage smell, which the hotel cannot control, the stay was perfect....

"The hotel is perfect in every way. Really spacious room and bath. Close to restaurants and walking distance to Trevi, Coliseum, Victory Monument, Forum. We could not have been happier. We will definitely stay there again. Yaruska is a great proprietor. Note that the stairs & elevator can not accommodate those in a wheel chair. "

"Hotel was conveniently located, 8-10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. 15 minute walk to Pantheon and 20-25 minute walk to The Colosseum. Multiple restaurants and outdoor cafes nearby as are quaint shops. Lovely place to stay!"

"We booked for 3 nights of stay in Daphne Luxury Suite. However, we were told on the morning of our check-in, that the proposed apartment was dirtied by the heavy rain, and we had to stay in 2 separate units. 2 of us had to stay in a 3 star looking tiny room, while the other 4 stayed in a Junior Suite 2 floors away. To add to the inconvenience, we had to relocate to the original proposed apartment the next day, which messed up our Day Trip plans. The caretaker lady was very kind, and she helped...
