"Location was perfect. It is in Rome city center and walkable to all popular sites. The hotel was tucked into an alley. Streets in Rome are dirtier than expected and the alley smelled like sewage. Sadly, the sink and shower drains in our room would stink up our entire room of sewage and it was awful. The room was clean and housekeeping would clean everyday. Hotel was on a quiet alley so no distributions with sleeping. Other than sewage smell, which the hotel cannot control, the stay was perfect....

"Hotel was conveniently located, 8-10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. 15 minute walk to Pantheon and 20-25 minute walk to The Colosseum. Multiple restaurants and outdoor cafes nearby as are quaint shops. Lovely place to stay!"

"Convenient located in the heart of Rome, walking distance for lot of the attractions. Good costumer service , i booked one of the room with private bathroom but outside the room ( i did not realized that ) which i did not like it but it was my fault. I suggest a mirror , at least a bottle of water and couple of glasses in the room , maybe a coffee maker ? "

"Really lovely room, they upgraded us upon arrival for free which was a lovely touch! Complimentary bottles of water. We could have had our room cleaned daily but didn't bother as we wasn't there long nough. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was amazing as we could walk everywhere from here. Always felt safe, as it was only me and my 12 year old daughter. Would definitely recommend and if we come back to Rome we would definitely stay again! Thank you"

"We stayed for 3 nights. After the first night we were told we needed to change rooms to accommodate other guests. Used their laundry service to do one load of laundry and bill was $50+ and they did not even dry the clothes. They put a drying rack in the room and turned up the heat in the room."
