“Not a four-star hotel”

The hotel is extremely convenient, one block from the train station and two from the bus station. However, the room had only two lights, both by the bed, so the room was poorly lighted. Even worse, neither had lamp shades, just bare bulbs that were blinding. There were no pictures on the walls, just a blah off-white paint. The bathrooom was very large and nice. But the soapdish was broken off and missing in the shower, and no one fixed it during the two days we stayed there. This in no way qualifies as a four-star hotel. Only a three rating and in the condition we found it, a two-star.

“Great Hotel in great location”

We travelled to Trapani for 4 nights in late October. The travel experience from the airport was ideal - bus waiting for us (local not the more expensiveTerravision), bus stop in Trapani a 2 minute walk from Hotel Crystal - just what we wanted. The hotel was quiet but generally very good - despite some of the negative reviews it received. The rooms were big, cleaned every day, and the staff were very friendly on reception. Breakfast had a good range of food and drink. The kettle in the room was unexpected for \italy. The bar and restaurant were closed leading to a quiet feel to the hotel, however, a bar and places to eat were available close by. The free internet computer in reception was very useful. Trapani in October was fairly quiet, but the weather was good and it gave a peaceful break. A trip to the Egardi Islands was a highlight. Very much enjoyed the trip.

“Great if your looking for a bargain!! Recommended”

Everything went well, staff is really nice. The rooms are abit old but still up to standard. The location is great as the main area is only 15 minutes by walk. There's a really nice restaurant called 'trattoria zaffira' around 3 minutes away from the hotel, highly recommend

“soddisfacente rapporto qualita prezzo”

l'hotel non e' troppo lontano dal centro.la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una notevole rimodernata.la nostra camera era ben spaziosa e pulita(con i limiti della moquette),ma non esistono terrazzi e le finestre sono vecchie, ma molto isolanti.l'aria condizionata è come inesistente e molto rumorosa.sicuramente non ha le caratteristiche di 4*,ma di 3 scarse.

“Per quanto visto non è un 4 stelle”

Per fortuna abbiamo prenotato solo una notte: la camera era un po' trascurata (parte di tenda che pendeva)e nonostante avessimo richiesto una camera non fumatori, ci siamo ritrovati in una che trasudava odore di fumo, probabilmente dalla moquette e dai tendaggi, rendendoci il soggiorno notturno al limite del sopportabile Nonostante il costo, superiore a quanto offrono alberghi della stessa caratura, la colazione non è inclusa salvo un supplemento abbastanza oneroso.
