The apartment is being advertised as “Beautiful newly refurbished” which is a complete lie, everything in this place is old, dated or broken and dirty, we complained about the first day, and the owner basically ignored it. "We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15. Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace! "Perfect retreat with everything provided good internet/TV reception. Very clean and the owner Lisa is friendly and very proud of the services she offers. "The hotel was in a great location with easy parking and great facilities nearby. The room was spotless and comfortable and half way through our stay a brand new sofa was installed. Everything needed was provided and the only downside was some work was going on on the drains in front of the hotel so there was some noise occasionally, but this was a minor issue (and not the fault of the hotel).
