I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the centre of Athens and very near to everything you would wish to visit. It is also about a 7 minute walk from the nearest Metro Station that goes direct to the airport.
We had a minor problem with our room and after reporting this to Reception, the manner in which it was dealt with was amazing and even the Manager came to apologise for the inconvenience caused to us.
Full marks for this hotel and it's staff.
"Lovely elegant and gracious hotel in the centre of"
We have just had two days at this lovely hotel. We found the service to be great, everyone we dealt with was genuinely very pleasant and helpful. We changed rooms on the second night as we wanted a balcony and the staff were very accommodating with our request. We loved room 620 with a big balcony and views of parliament and down the avenue, the beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The location was fantastic and we walked to most of the sites. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the rood top pool and the view of the acropolis from the restaurant is spectacular and not to be missed.
The location was excellent, close walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel restaurant and lounge on the 7th floor has the best night view of the Acropolis.
The room was very comfortable, with luxury furnishings but we had an interior view. Excellent, quiet air conditioning.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations for dinner.
It was somewhat expensive but worth it. We will defenitely stay there on future visits to Athens.
Me and my friend stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. We stayed in a basic economy room, but it was very comfortable and we had on complaints and were very happy there.
The stuff of the hotel are very nice and helpfull people, and we were very pleased with their help and service.
The hotel is lockated in a perfect place- right in the center (Syntagma) but on a quiet road, and we had no problem getting there- allso with big and heavy bags.
The hotel was excellent in most respects. The staff was especially helpful and the rooms very well maintained. The food we ordered through the room service was first rate.
The creaky elevator to the 9th floor and the lack of overnight parking were the only downsides. Overall it was a very pleasing experience.
When we first arrived our room was moldy and we tried opening a window and it almost fell in my hands because there was a missing screw.
The staff immediately moved us to another room and we were satisfied with that.
Loved their breakfast and the view of the Parthenon.

Very central - just off Syntagma = Parliament Square - with lots of shops, restaurants, taxis etc nearby. Walking distance from the Acropolis and the excellent, new Acropolis Museum. About the same distance from the National Archaeological Museum. Quiet. Unobtrusive room staff who did not wake me when i slept late. Helpful, English-speaking, front office staff. A thoroughly good experience in a modest and - i imagine - modestly-priced hotel. (I bought a package deal with my plane ticket, so i don't know how the prices broke down.) Excellent, clean, small bathroom.
i would recommend it to anyone who does not need or want to stay in a fancy, expensive hotel.

I was in this hotel for 9 nights. Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. The location is half block from main commercial street, 3 block from syntagma square (place to get airport bus X-95). The staff is excellent every body want to help, and always with a friendly smile. The room are enough comfortable for the short period that you spend in the room (this is the city to be walking on the street, no to stay in the room). The only concern is the shower, a little dangerous for older people to get in and out, and last suggestion is to increase international tv channels like in Spanish or other languages. Thank you to all staff.
Athens’ central square and transportation hub is within 2 km of the picturesque Plaka neighborhood and the Acropolis. The Greek Parliament building is adjacent to the bustling square, where visitors can witness evzones or changing the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. West of the square on Ermou Street is the one of the most fashionable retail districts in the city.
