"A hidden gem. Very central, right next to Central Station in fact, which might put some folk off. However the actual hotel is on the 6th floor of a property so is very quiet and feels away from it all. Room was airy and light, comfortable bed with good facilities. The shower room was small but shower itself big! There is a common area if you want, free cakes available, and interesting art-work (some of which is for sale). Breakfast was good and fresh. "A really nice couple of nights at the Sandyford Hotel. I parked 10 mins walk away by the Mosque, in an underground car park. £24 for 36 hours, you pay the Sikf at the entrance with cash. Great location, I walked everywhere from the hotel and felt safe even walking back in the dark. Bus stop right outside with open top tour bus stopping regularly. Easy walk to the lovely Kelvingrove park and museum. Easy walks to theatre and Art Cinema. Clean room, helpful staff. I would highly recommend. "
