"Nice hotel close to merchant city"
Nice hotel close to merchant city and to The Barony venue. We stayed there as attending a wedding at a venue nearby. Very nice room, bathroom ok, helpful staff - the cleaning lady booked us a taxi. Good breakfast, very helpful cook, prepared breakfast for baby. However would not recommend with baby & pram because of the access to the room via staircase and no travel cot bed provided had to take our with us.

"Fab stay in the centre of Glasgow "
Will definitely use again, if your a light sleeper it's quite noisy but that didn't affect us. Staff couldn't be more helpful, the room was spotless and the bed extremely comfy. Next time we visit Glasgow we will be staying here.

"Reasonably priced apartments with character...."
Great apartment which was reasonably priced and within walking distance of the city centre. The apartment was quirky and full of character - loved the dining area within the tower! Staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and well equipped. The only down points were a bad smell in the entrance hall and nearby parking was a bit expensive.

"Good value one night stopover in the city centre."
I only stayed for one night in single bed room which was small as you would expect, but sufficient, clean and bed was comfortable. Ideal base if u are planning spending most of your time out in the city centre anyway. Continental breakfast included in room tariff was ample, good coffee machine and the cooked breakfast to order for £3 extra was also good value. Wouldn't plan to stay there for long but If on a tight budget it is a decent place to book if you are in Glasgow for a night out. No frills but none expected. Would book again at the price which for me on this occasion cost £36.

"Good value hotel"
I get the impression that this is the sort of hotel that makes a lot of its income through functions - weddings and funerals et cetera, so it may be noisy on occasions. However on the Sunday night when I stayed, there were no disruptions at all. I felt that the room I got was fair for the price I paid. It was clear to me that extensive work had been done recently in refurbishing a tired old seventies building. The carpet was new and my room had fresh new double glazing. The decoration seemed reasonable, though 1970s artex remained on the ceiling. The room and the large bathroom were impeccably clean. The public areas were spacious, though the room was small, though I needed it only for sleeping. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I was probably one of the few guests who wanted to watch BBC Alba, but sadly, that was the only station not available on the TV. I found all the staff friendly.
