"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

"We had a lovely stay at Higham Manor. The property is spacious with a great pool and hot tub. We had 3 generations of our family and a dog and everyone enjoyed themselves. The property is a quirky mix of shabby chic and gothic. With everything we needed for our stay. Lots of parking and no stress at checkin or checkout. Would definitely recommend this house."

"This is a beautiful, modern house, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We visited in December and there were games and a smart TV to keep us entertained in the evenings. Kelly, the owner, was really friendly and helpful throughout. She left a very thoughtful welcome pack of food and drink essentials and was happy to be contacted with questions both before and during our visit. She even posted back items we had left behind. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding.
