"A regular stay here perfectly located a short taxi ride to the rugby Stoop or Twickenham. Delayed check in with staff unavailable on arrival. Comfy and spotless double bed room, with nice amenities. "A superb hotel overall. Beautifully decorated rooms, ample parking, small attempts to reduce packaging and waste and superb cleaning between each night stay. The only flaw was the initial reception presence. I and some other guests waited some time before having to locate a member of staff to check in. They were clearly supporting in the restaurant leaving the front desk unmanned. Unfortunately, neither the laptop or desktop were playing ball so I was given a key to expedite the process. A...
