"We were met by Sylvia at the front desk. Very sweet and asked about our trip- we mentioned that we were in the area for Mental Health training - with May being Mental Health Month. Sylvia proceeded to tell us about a "quiet room" the hotel has for staff. She invited us up to see it. We were so surprised and thrilled that this space is made available for your employees. We travel several times a month and this is the FIRST hotel we have ever seen this type of space for employees! KUDOS to you! We were told hotel is closing soon for renovations which are certainly needed but overall, a nice stay and wonderful to know that you care about your employees!"

"The rooms could use a renovation. The beds are so uncomfortable and there is zero air circulation. The staff is friendly and helpful. Walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighboring rooms conversation as if you’re in the same room. Great location and easy walk to everything. Despite the outdated room, I’d still stay here again for the price and convenience. "

"Very convenient location to be in the midst of Thames St. The hotel has it's own parking available for $30. a night while other area parking is $40. a night. There is a spot to park while you check in and they direct you to their parking very close by. The bathroom was recently redone and the room was clean."
