“Would like to return in the Spring or Summer....”

Payed for an upgrade with an ocean view..... Great location on the ocean. Nice people, nice property, CLEAN.... close to downtown Newport... I would visit again.......

“Great value for money!”

As we stayed here out with the busy season this was great value for money. Was much nicer than expected given the price we paid. Only 10 mins walk from start of cliff walk. Well equipped and clean room. Very pleasant staff. A bit of noise from the road but nothing that kept us awake at night. Was perfect for a flying visit to Newport.

“what a view of the bay and the cliff walk”

This is a great place to experience Newport. We enjoyed the historic hoteland the beautiful views. You can walk to the newport cliff walk, and the beach is just across the street. All of the great places to go are just minutes away and the relaxed pace of the hotel is a great way to wind down after a busy day.

“Clean and comfortable”

We were very satisfied with this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable. Nice tv, comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower very clean. Price was right! Would stay here again for sure. Only stayed 1 night so did not get a chance to dine at the restaurant or check out pool, hot tub, etc....so can't speak to that. Great location!

“Good beach location”

Good hotel, although it would have been good to have had a sea view which we were originally to have but the hotel allocated to another person. Breakfast service was friendly and helpful.

“Charming hotel”

We had a very enjoyable stay at Newport inns and suites. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean . Right across the street from the beach and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking

“Rocky start but good stay”

Our first room had problems with toilet but we were upgraded to a suite as it was the only thing available. Ocean views, good location, accommodating front desk staff. Wasn't impressed with restaurant, although if no time to find someplace else to eat, it is fine. Recommend staying in newer wing across street.

I got the room right above the lobby. I heard the automatic doors open and close. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms should be updated.
