"Very nice property, was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. John's communication was excellent. Just could of done with a small bin in each bedroom and there was only 1 dishwasher tablet but these are only minor things but holiday and house was very adequate for our stay at Newbiggin on the sea. We even spotted dolphins from the bedroom window. Parking was ok on the road outside. 5 stars given. Kevin and family"

"Dove Cottage was a great find. Was looking for dog friendly accommodation close by to Druridge Bay for a race that weekend and this was perfect. Plenty of parking, next to The Railway Inn pub, lovely camping site and the cottage was lovely. Very spacious, nicely decorated and the facilities that were provided were much more than expected. Great enclosed private patio area to the rear of the cottage and garden which is perfect for people and dogs! The pub does a fantastic Sunday lunch which they...

"Fantastic little cottage in Amble. Feels very homely and welcoming. Fantastic location. The welcome gifts were a nice little touch. The only draw back is parking. On busier days it wasn't always possible to park directly by the house but it wasn't a major issue."
