"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."

"Was there for one night for work. Crack in side of bath, kitchen had very basic utensils.the apartment stank of cigarette smoke . Was only there as hotels were shut so wasn't expecting the lap of luxury but it was way below standard for money."

"Property was clean and spacious with good facilities, some basic food prep facilities included although I think some rooms include a kitchen. Easy check in and check out, good communication from Kirsty. Perfect for me on a local business trip. Would recommend and stay again. "

"I’ll keep this as a factual review rather than allowing emotional comments. The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. Poorly maintained inside the building with stains all over the floor. 1 x double bed and 2 x single was the description. "A great 2 bed and 2 bathroom apartment and a fabulous location. A short walk on the quayside and you are in the centre of Newcastle and everything that offers. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay "

"The booking stated we would receive soap and shampoo. The owner stated that they would not provide shampoo - which I'd not packed. I also had to contact the owner on the evening of our arrival to complain that there was no soap. This was dropped through the letterbox the following morning. The property was not clean.
