The buffet breakfast is off the scale - Ainu soup, waffle croissants, fresh mango - more than 100 dishes - and views from the 35th floor over Sapporo and beyond. You could not provide a better service than this. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay from the rooftop bar to soak up the sunset and view of Sapporo, lounge & record library, breakfast buffet with Hokkaido milk and the sizeable, well laid out rooms.
