Lyn the property manager was fabulous, v attentive and went above and beyond. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is fitted with high end appliances and the showers and bathrooms were stunning. We definitely recommend the property if you are looking for a great house in a wonderful location. Restaurants are located nearby, just a 15min walk away."

"Wir waren mit mehreren Kollegen für eine Woche in dem Haus. Durch die vielen Einzelbetten ist die Unterkunft besonders für Nichtpaare gut geeignet. Es ist genug Platz vorhanden um sich zu verteilen aber auch um Gemeisamkeit zu erleben. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben wir nichts vermisst. Es war eine tolle Zeit."

"The Villa is in an excellent location. We had a car but absolutely no need. Less than 100 yds to a lovely beach with bar and restaurant. The villa and pool were excellent. Pool shaded too much in October but assured its fine in summer. Will be back"

"Great stay at a well positioned villa. Few minutes walk to the Marina, main pedestrianised area and supermarket. Plenty of room for 6 adults and as described on the website. Couple of issues quickly resolved, great communication. All in all a lovely holiday."

"The villa was in the perfect area, very nice internally, outdoor space around pool nothing like picture, needs a good clean and tidy up. Kettle had seen better days covered in limescale, TV antiquated, no maid service provided to change bedding even though we were there for 10 days, very overpriced compared to other villas I have stayed at in Majorca, other than that we had a lovely holiday and would definatley go back if these things were attended to."

There are no restaurants nearby for eating with the exception of a not-very-good Pizza place on Mondrago beach. The swimming pool is not a swimming pool. It is roughly 1.8 meters - a plunge pool. "This is such a fabulous villa. The location is perfect as Portopetro is within walking distance so you don't need to get into the car each time. This is the cleanest villa I have ever stayed in, absolutely immaculate. I met the lady who cleans the villa and she was on her hands and knees cleaning, such a lovely lady. "Nice area. It was right by the Cala esmeralda beach and close to restaurants. Our room was clean and had a sliver side view of the water. The breakfast was good. They had typical items such as salad, bread, eggs, yogurt and one day they had smoked salmon and another day they had Belgium waffles. I didn’t like that the juices were from a machine.
