"I have been bringing my family and friends to Sundial every summer for the last 12 years and this is the first time I have made reservations through Vrbo, and I wish I would of done this years ago. Sundial P402 is the place to be! When walking into the condo the only word was wow! The condo is spacious, decor is spot on and the view is beautiful!! The area is quiet and the undercover parking kept my car cool. I will definitely be returning to this condo next year!!"

"The unit is in excellent shape and has a beautiful view of the sunsets. Very close to the pool and beach and an easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Overall the property is still recovering from Ian but the location and the unit itself were A-one! We also forgot an item and had to get back into the unit after check out. It was no problem and one call to the manager solved the matter is less than a minute. Excellent service. We are thinking about returning in the Fall."

The king bed was comfortable while the day bed is a fold away-a little insecure for an adult. We put a suitcase under it for support to make sure we didn't break it. "We love Sanibel and this condo was perfect - everything about it (including Paul - he was totally on top of everything) was above and beyond. The view is my favorite part it’s so beautiful - huge window and sliders to take advantage of it. We found the furniture to be very comfortable love the couch and mattresses just right. The pool is great also - but the short walk to the beach with wagon supplied by the owner makes going to and from beach to pool to condo so easy. Also had nice beach chairs...
