  • This beachfront unit has just been renovated from top to bottom. Every square inch from the floors to the doors to the furniture, appliances and the $5000 Prana Sleep mattress!

    The ocean views from this unit are breathtaking.

    Includes your own private Golf Car! This beautiful beach front unit is located within the South Seas resort grounds. Enjoy some of the continents most spectacular ocean sunsets right from your own private balcony.

    The property was recently purchased and has been completely renovated from top to bottom. The floors, doors, kitchen, bath, appliances, furniture, bedding, linens, mattresses for an ultra modern look. The unit includes access to washer and dryer, the unit has a pullout sofa and a murphy bed enabling the unit to comfortably sleep up to 5 people.

    The unit will be fully stocked with a 4 seater golf cart and all beach amenities.

    This is a private residence within South Seas resort. You will not have access to the main resort pool. There are gorgeous condo pools within steps of the unit.

    You will have access to all Captiva has to offer by golf cart - Mucky Duck, Bubble Room, Doc Fords, Green Flash, Starbucks etc.

We loved this condo and property! It comes with a golf cart. It is in a gated area. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. It has a washing/dryer, coffee pot, and espresso machine, fridge, stove, and many other amenities. 2 pools on site. Short walk to the beach. Beach is almost private. Tennis courts. Marcus is a wonderful host with great communication. It’s just an amazing place to stay, especially for the price! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

The condo is beautiful. Spotless and in a perfect location. The sunsets from the comfort of the balcony were AMAZING!! The golf cart was a wonderful addition. We had a lovely stay! The check in process was easy, the place was clean. I thought the additional murphy bed in the living area was a great bonus! The only negative I will say is that the vent in the bedroom rattled very loudly, I'm sure it's something that could be fixed fairly easily, it didn't bother my husband, but it kept me awake. Overall, we had a very nice time and would stay again!

Great beach location

The condo is in a great location and close to all of the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and it’s a really nice pool on the property. The owner was super responsive, and we were very pleased. Although this property was recently updated, there is little more wear and tear than expected. The golf cart was awesome!

Great location within steps from the beach

Although the inside of the unit is a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures, there are two pools and the beach within steps and much closer than the look in the pictures. Was great to have access to a golf cart to explore captiva. Marcus was very responsive and the check-in process was very easy.

We had a wonderful stay! Access to the beach and 2 community pools was incredible - just steps away. The golf cart was very fun and convenient getting around town. The unit had everything we needed - full kitchen, washer & dryer, beach supplies, extra pillows. There was a problem with the golf cart the first day but Marcus accommodated us with an alternative until it was fixed. We will absolutely stay again!

Excellent accommodation. The golf cart use was extra special. The elevator was functioning which I appreciated. The South Seas facility and the island is still recovering but there were plenty of shops and eateries to visit. The shelling was the best I’ve seen in years.

Loved The View

My husband and I stayed a couple nights and really enjoyed our time there. The view is just beautiful and the condo is nice. There is construction still, but more and more opening up. Loved the key lime pie at RC Otters, try it if you go, and of the course the view and the food from Mucky Duck is great! A nice walk down the beach! Thanks for a great stay and great communication!

November Birthday vacation 2023

Wonderful place to stay for our annual Sanibel/Captiva vacation. Thankful to be returning to one of our favorite destinations. Loved the condo. Everything we needed. Close to the beach and restaurants etc. that are currently operational. Marcus was accessible, friendly and easy to communicate with. Excellent host. Will not hesitate to return to this condo.
