Harbourside Bar & Grill - Serving traditional breakfast daily. For dinner, menu options include fresh local seafood, steaks, and pastas. Indoor and outdoor seating with views of Yacht Harbour Marina.
The Pointe - Lunch menu includes vegetarian options, sandwiches, salads, and burgers. Featuring seating indoors, on the deck, or on the patio under umbrellas.
Holy Smoke Heavenly Barbecue and Better Burgers - Barbecued meats and side dishes created using techniques from Texas to the Carolinas. Burgers have a reputation as among the best on the island. Limited seating and carry-out.
Scoops & Slices - 1950s-style pizza shop and ice-cream parlor. Wurlitzer jukebox. Old-fashioned candy jars. Wood-fired stone oven. Open daily, late morning till late night. Candy and ice cream all day; pizza early evening till closing.
Captiva Provision Company - High-end deli store with pre-made meals. Open morning till evening.

“Great location”
Great resort and amenities. Plenty of activities. Location and scenery amazing. Friendly staff. Don't miss out on good quality local restaurants and bars just outside of resort! Slightly disappointed with the explanation of why there is a resort fee of $15 per person per day which was for wifi, pool towels and unspecified similar items. This could probably be dropped by the resort as the explanation was non-specific and very weak. Still highly recommend this resort though.
“Captiva paradise”
We had a great 4 nights in a one bedroom tennis villa, me, my husband and 16 year old son. The apartment was adequate for our needs my son slept on the sofa bed in the living room. It was a short walk to the beach where loungers, umbrellas and each towels were available. The resort was bigger than we expected and we were situated at the south end which was away from the main pool and attractions but we preferred it. It was only a short walk off resort to go and eat at The Bubble Room which is definitely worth a visit. Don't order appertisers it's not necessary you get plenty. We used both Golf and Tennis facilities at the South Seas Island resort which we found to be value for money. The 8.30 tennis clinic in the morning was very enjoyable, both Shaun and Fran were excellent tennis coaches. Overall we had a very relaxing time and would certainly return to the resort, although I imagine it would be very busy during peak season.
“Harbourside at the Pointe”
We stayed for two nights in a Harbour view room and were lucky enough to have a corner room with a large balcony. The cleanliness and styling of the room was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful. The sunset from the beach was beautiful and we saw dolphins swimming off the Bayside area. Would definitely reccommend.
“Great location and room; poor service”
The hotel is in a lovely location and the rooms have recently been renovated so are very nice. However there is currently a new pool area being constructed (they don't say this on the website) which was very noisy. Also I was totally unimpressed with the staff - they were totally incompetent and reception never answered the phone when we called - which is rare for the US.
