This is our 12th year coming to Sanibel and this was one of the better vacation homes / experiences we had. The location, right on the beach is perfect. The views are to die for! The host, Jim, is an amazing person and super helpful. We had everything we needed to make a perfect, restful vacation. In the garage is a washer/dryer, pool floats, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, small cooler, charcoal grill, fishing equipment, and bikes with helmets. There is a lanai adjoining the garage with a refrigerator and table/4chairs. An air conditioner can be turned on during use of the room that has patio doors leading to the deck, pool and beach path.Stairs lead up to the front door and into the living area with a well appointed kitchen, half bath, dining table for 6, plenty of seating in the living room with sliding doors that can be opened to listen to the ocean. Out a side door leads down stairs to the deck and beach.Upstairs are three bedrooms one king oceanfront with bath, a second king oceanfront and the third with twin beds. The second large bathroom is in the hallway. You can find plenty of beach towels in the closet along with iron and ironing board. Hairdryers are in each bathroom. Plenty of restaurants have opened back up on the island along with shopping. Jim, our host, was very informative about the area and called to make sure everything was to our liking. ##### Karen V. It’s also off the main road so you can usually avoid most of the traffic. We really enjoyed shelling on the beach and sitting by the pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our family of 6 and our pup enjoyed a week in Jim’s townhome. The location was right on a wonderful shelling beach and right down the road from bike paths. Our children enjoyed the large pool shared by 4 townhomes. We rode bikes almost everywhere we went and we covered the whole island. Location was just a few minute bike ride to Jerry’s grocery store, shops, restaurants and ice cream. The home was clean and had had everything we needed to cook meals at home. Having the garage stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes was so convenient. We hope to stay again! ##### Faith Z. We could watch sunrise and sunset from this wonderful property. We took advantage of all the added extras (bikes beach chairs and pool relaxing). Jim was so helpful he called us and told us the best places to eat. I am so glad that we found this place. The location for us was perfect, the beach was beautiful. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed and that we enjoyed her stay. He was reeling from damage from Helene, his care & response to get the place/amenities up & going was phenomenal! Unfortunately our stay was cut short by Hurricane Milton, however, we have already decided to return if possible in November. We HIGHLY recommend staying here. We'll be back for SURE! ##### Rita B. It seemed the owner had thought of everything: 2- 10x10 tents, tons of beach chairs, beach paraphernalia, beach cart, flashlights, bikes & helmets and the list could go on and on. We had a couple of minor issues but they were taken care of promptly. Can't say enough good things about this place and its owner. Stunning beach views! We very much enjoyed staying at Jim's townhome! The views from the master bedroom/spare room and whole downstairs are amazing! I cooked breakfast while watching dolphins! We found ourselves sitting and watching the waves very often! The beach was so close, closer than any other place I have stayed on Sanibel.10/10 would stay here again! The views were out of this world. Especially the one from the master bedrooms. Waking up to the sunrises everyday is like a dream. The owner Jim is one of the best property owners I've ever worked with. The house was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was very nice to work in. Large living space made it nice to lounge around. It was great to have all the beach supplies as well. Chairs, bikes, umbrella, and a wagon to boot. Made taking all your stuff to the beach effortless. Located on one of the more private areas of Sanibel. Top rate service and communication. Very handy to the restaurants we like yet very private. Nice pool. Absolutely the best equipped condo I have ever stayed in. Anything you could want in the garage from bikes chairs and beach carts to floats, tools, and toys. The shelling is the best I have ever seen in Sanibel. We gathered an entire large beach cart full of amazing shells during the week, picked out favorites and dumped the rest on the beach.
