“Pretty dumpy place”

Not in a good area, and nothing around in terms of restaurants or entertainment. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Air didn't work, room was filthy, service was horrible, and to top....it is a local party hangout for the military base close by who aren't aloud to have cars. Plan on a pretty loud and obnoxious evening.

I hope this was just on of those days, but when I was there the room was not clean there was no soap, the toilet was not working the sheets were dirty and the manager could not do a thing about it.

Stained linens, old worn carpet, smelly comforter. Could not adjust air temp., though it was cool enough. Water was hot for a shower. Toilet bowl was stained. There was an extra roll of toilet paper. The rooms were not refreshed until late in the afternoon. Breakfast was minimal and not sparkling clean. Orange drink was improperly mixed. There was no fruit.

I was not expecting the bathroom conditions (handicap accessible --that is OK), but the toilet was dripping, and needed more maintenance. For my trip, this did not matter, I just needed a clean bed to sleep for my early departure. For the price, I would stay again here.

“Major disappointment”

The only positive experience was the quick check in. After that it all went downhill. The room was filthy and poorly maintained. Every item in the room, sheets, bed, towels etc were worn out and/or soiled. This hotel is in a run down industrial area wedged between a busy rail line and an even busier highway. If the highways noise doesn't wake you up, the freight train every 2 hours will. The whole building shakes and the first time it happened I was thinking earthquake. My door didn't close properly, and the door jam looked as though the door had been forcible kicked in at one point. The wireless internet didn't work and there were unsavory characters hanging around outside late at night. For the price I paid for this room I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel in a better neighborhood. Next time I will.
