"Perfect place for a peaceful rest while traveling. Great location, super clean and the staff are very personable. Nice bath products, large towels. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast, nothing spectacular but suitable with hot and cold items, and the dining area was very tidy. "

"We arrived and got greeted with a smile and a lovely lady told us we had been upgraded as it was our honeymoon! We then got to the room and it was beautifully decorated with petals and a bottle of Prosecco was delivered along with a fruit platter! The service was impeccable!! "

"This room was the perfect size for an overnight at the airport. The only downside was everything in the bathroom is soaked wet after a shower, and the room doesnt have very good ventilation for the steam."

"Very convenient located in the town centre. I can walk to Guildford Castle and all the bars/pubs/restaurants. The spa is small but it’s not too crowded as there’s a booking system by hour. Been in March and April and the rooms are a little bit cold but u can always ask for a radiator. The staff are really profesional and nice. Breakfast has a really good selection so , all in all really good experience "
