"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."

"It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."

"Due settimane di relax per tutta la famiglia, bimbo e bassotto inclusi, in questa bellissima e spaziosa villa con vista sui due lati di Punta Ala. Piacevolmente in casa e comodissimi ai beach club, abbiamo scoperto anche qualche super ristorante nell’entroterra. Complimenti ai proprietari ed al professionale e disponibile custode! Sicuramente la villa più incantevole della zona."

"Excellent position. A few minutes walk from the sea, in front of a big free parking and a play ground for children. Letizia and Carlo are very nice and available. The apartments are fresh, comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated. Cleaning is impeccable. The structure has various apartments of different dimensions, including a studio flat therefore it is suitable for families with children, couples, groups of friends and singles. Absolutely recommended."

"Très jolie location sur une colline verdoyante et magnifique. Le salon ainsi que les chambres sont spacieux , le jardin très agréable et l’espace pour garer sa voiture est ombragé et spacieux également. L’hôte Luigi est très sympathique. Le seul bémol est un problème de concordance entre les énoncés de l’annonce Verbo (site italien) et de l’annonce Abritel (site français) qui heureusement a pû être résolu avant notre arrivée . Je recommande cette location."

"We spent the first week of July in Punta Ala, which seems to surprise every Italian we tell. The area was developed in the 1970s and vacationers are mostly Italians. It is a lovely verdant spot, with many beautiful beaches which require some youthful energy to get to. The Villa Raciti was everything as promised. The house is a little eccentric, filled with art of all sorts, many doorways, exits and entrances. It was entirely comfortable for our family of grandmother, daughter and husband and...

"Nous avons bien profité de la maison, des alentours. C’est une très belle région. Dommage que le spa ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un peu de vaisselle pour une si grande maison et un-deux parasols pour le bord de la piscine. Sinon c’était parfait. De bons montant de partage. La personne qui s’occupe de la maison est sympathique et serviable. Un immense merci."

"Totally linked to the offer on line - maybe it will be important to notify the owner is staying in the basement of the house with a (big) dog. The owner is really discret and helpful and very nice. But still a fact to mention -"

"The property was clean and well located but not as described it had only 2 bathrooms not 3. The description says 4 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms was a walk through with no door or privacy."

"Beach side property. We rented a small villa. The villa was great. We were able to dine indoors or on the patio. The beach is well kept and we had access to chairs and parasol. This resort is made for a relaxing vacation "

"Lovely little Bungalow very quiet surroundings Lovey pool and quiet Restaurant very helpful when closing made us a sandwich when for back from rme at 10.30pm Shop closes a little early7.30pm if u arrive late for booking in but was friendly n helpful when they were just closing to get. Few bits"
