"The staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating. I had my favorite bartenders, Luis, Alejandro and Michael!!! The was food was amazing, from room service, buffet, food truck to the à la carte restaurants. The Indian cuisine was phenomenal and the steakhouse was really good as well. I wish I was there longer to try more. The à la carte was first come first serve where I thought would be a long waiting periods but we waited no more than 10 mins. Pool activities were fun. The resort was clean and well organized. I had a very nice relaxing visit and would definitely do it again and again!"

"The property was gorgeous! Very clean with a friendly staff that was always ready to ensure it was a great stay. There are lots of things to do and see on the property with wildlife everywhere. This in combination with the amusement/wildlife park next door make it a great place to stay as a couple or a family."

"We love the beach - it is safe for kids. The property is being updated. It’s a huge property, so be ready to walk. Jungle atmosphere and value for money. Food is okah, but we find things we like regularly (fresh fruit, eggs, etc) Staff is awesome. Shoutout to clemente and diana for their great service."

"Just a stellar resort. The entertainment, food, service, beach, pools, everything was great. Small enough that you can walk from your room on one side of the resort to the beach in 5min."

"We really enjoyed the hospitality of all the staff while staying there. The app is very useful for getting everything you need. They were pretty responsive when we needed room service. We tried most.od the restaurants there and really enjoyed the food. We didn't like some of the mixed drinks at the bars there. They were too watered down. That did not detract from the wonderful experience we had though. We will definitely visit again."
