"What a great hotel. All the good things about "boutique". The check-in experience was a rarity in this day and age. My flight got me into Vancouver at around 10 in the morning, I went straight to the hotel to drop my bags and head off to a tradeshow, unexpectedly though, the front desk "checked" and my room was available to check in immediately. I could leave my stuff there, go to the bathroom, have a quick coffee and prepare for the rest of the day. Makes an incredible difference when you just got off a 6 hour flight!!! What a contrast to the "chain" hotels that insist on keeping you waiting until 3pm in the afternoon before you can check in. The room was great, the location great, the service great, near to coffee shops, near enough to walk to th convention centre, near to restaurants. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had, can't fault a single thing. Thanks guys, I'll certainly be back and will tell anyone I know who's going to Vancouver that they should book with you guys. Keep up the GREAT work"
