“"Silence Is Golden" but check out room heater...”

Lobby staff professional. Quick response to my TV user inquiry. Quiet in my first floor room. Other guest were quiet. Bed comfortable. Upgrade heater/airconditioning controls did not work to activate the heater. Breakfast buffet good; hostesses were helpful. I would stay here again.

“Quiet and comfortable”

Booked 3 rooms for two day. Family wedding in the area. Front desk clerk was very pleasant. Rooms extra clean and comfortable. No outside noise whatsoever. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The food was delicious and there was enough seating for everyone. Kids enjoyed the 3 pools. Great time. Would definitely stay there again.

“Great place to stop & relax when driving up state!”

We'd been driving all day... It was an oasis for us. The kids loved the pool, and we liked that there was a wonderful place to eat, have drinks and listen to live music at the on site restaurant!

Service was wonderful from all departments, and the restaurant is 5 star--one doesn't need to go out with the delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners right on site!

“Will probably not stay again”

On arrival the front desk was impressive and well appointed - the check-in person could have shown a ltttle more enthusiasm of her job. The room seemed as there had been no improvement or updating from the original except for the flat screen TV. I found it necessary to call for maintenance as the air conditioned could not be controlled manually. The very small area allocated for closet was in the sink area of the bathroom - the toilet was in an area next to the sink - but separated by a door that barely cleared the toilet - the Bathttub/shower had no safety handbars, making it extremely difficult to get into or worse out of the tub.

“Don't rely on the breakfast”

A basic hotel experience. Bed seemed to be tilted so my feet were higher than the head, and it was not the best mattress. Breakfast was pretty awful, rubbery eggs, overcooked bacon and then basic cereals etc. Maids changed my clock radio to the local mexican station and turned off the alarm function. I would check it every night if you are relying on it to get you up...I found out too late.

Locals raved about "The Rivers" restaurant. Can't say I was impressed with the food, but it had a decent view.

“Best Western Hilltop Inn”

It was clean but I didn't like the fact that it seemed more like a motel than a hotel it looked like they bought a motel and cleaned it up painted it and called it a hotel. Then in the morning breakfast there were no staff around to assist my husband and myself we just have to seat ourselves and they finally showed as we were done eating. Out of 5 I give it a 3 for cleanliness.

“Not Impressed”

Overpriced for area, Freeway noise constant. Especially when I could see the sign from the Motel 6 from my room window --- which has an equally noisy room for 1/3 the price.
