"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

"We had a lovely stay at Higham Manor. The property is spacious with a great pool and hot tub. We had 3 generations of our family and a dog and everyone enjoyed themselves. The property is a quirky mix of shabby chic and gothic. With everything we needed for our stay. Lots of parking and no stress at checkin or checkout. Would definitely recommend this house."

"We had booked a boat on the Thames for my 50th birthday for bank holiday weekend.. two days before we were due to leave it was cancelled due to the rivers being on red alert. Having spent months planning it we didn’t know what to do instead. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Le Chateaux was available. Communication was great, checkin was easy as we were met and handed keys. The house was clean, tidy and welcoming with local wine left for us. We had the most relaxing stay and really enjoyed...

"This is a beautiful, modern house, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We visited in December and there were games and a smart TV to keep us entertained in the evenings. Kelly, the owner, was really friendly and helpful throughout. She left a very thoughtful welcome pack of food and drink essentials and was happy to be contacted with questions both before and during our visit. She even posted back items we had left behind. "The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...
