"The little house is beautifully decorated and clean, with comfy beds, good quality tasteful furnishings, nice modern kitchen with everything you need. The only downside for us was the road alongside the property garden - a lovely courtyard, secure for the dogs but quite a lot of noise from passing idiots driving too fast or on awful noisy motorbikes. Didn’t spoil our stay but it is a shame, as the house is well located for fabulous walks and sightseeing but the road is a drawback. Otherwise...

"A wonderful cottage. We really enjoyed our stay in Burnsall. We stayed for a family wedding and there was plenty of space for 3 generations. The children's room/games room is a lovely touch. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is fantastic in the middle of Burnsall (next to the Red Lion pub). A beautiful spot for walking and visiting nearby Bolton Abbey and other nearby attractions. We can highly recommend and would love to visit again."

"We travelled as a family with tow young children. The accommodation was excellent, very modern, clean and got everything we needed. The location is ideal if you want peace and quiet, but close enough to the small village of Embsay and a short drive to Skipton. We will be back."

"The property is almost like coming home after a heavy day of enjoying yourself. The property is very comfortable and has mostly all the facilities that you need. We felt that there needs to be more crockery, mugs etc and cutlery to make using the dishwasher sensible."

"Overall it was okay but there is definitely room for improvement. The toilet seat was wobbly, the electric shower was either very hot or very cold but not in between and therefore it was dangerous and we had to use a plastic container from the kitchen to use the bath water. The bath bath couldn’t be used as the drain plug was inefficient and there was no handle to come out of the bath. There was only one tea towel, no coffee or milk, no kitchen paper. "Excellent apartment with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Definitely be staying here again. When parking outside, just be careful not to drive further along the road because this is a camera controlled bus lane and you will be fined. "
