"Excellent stay"

"What a wonderful property! My parents, my sister and our collective children stayed here for 4 nights in February half term. The beautiful photos don't even do this house justice. Beautifully designed, with ample space for our family, we had a fantastic stay in West Wittering. "Thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay. Cottage was modern yet charming, decorated very well throughout and with a well-equipped kitchen - the welcome carrot cake was a lovely touch! The main cottage was very warm and cosy to wake up to in the mornings, and the wood available for the sitting room burner at a reasonable charge was very much appreciated for those November evenings. "Do NOT stay at this property - I would go as far to say that I would not stay at any property managed by Henry Adams. There was a large blob of blood, yes blood!, in the crockery drawer right by the plates. Crumbs in the fridge, black mould on the freezer door seal, cobwebs in every room, filthy dirty pole to open roof windows (covered in black dirt), upper floor toilet was leaking, the hairdryer was covered in dirt and the back of its filter was completely clogged and not safe to use, cracked...

"Outstanding property fully equipped and with lots of little goodies. It was our second stay at the property, and we’d come back any time. Just a hint: the chairs at the dining room need some review. This being said: Bosham is outstanding, and the Millstream Cottage is as well."

"Wow! what a fabulous modern and contemporary home overlooking Hamble Marina, with the village shops just a 5 minute walk away. We stayed here with friends celebrating my 60th birthday and it was such an easy and relaxed place to socialise with a fantastic kitchen, living room and large jacuzzi. All bedrooms are very comfortable, light and roomy, each with their own en suite which was great. Would definitely recommend getting a private chef in which we did one evening, that was a real treat....

"The house is clean and comfortable and reasonably well appointed. A problem with the boiler was attended to quickly. The damages deposit was repaid in full."

"Overall the stay was very good but could not go out for dinner that evening as we didn't know how to get back into the property as the door was ajar when we got there and during trips back and forth for bags from the car it was locked. Tried the key for the apartment but it didn't work, it was then I realised I couldn't get in. Fortunately the Wife had stayed in the apartment and buzzed me in when I called on the buzzer. We also could not connect to the WiFi neither and after ringing cottages....

"Beautiful, cosy little place with absolutely everything you need for a relaxing couples break. Doreen was kind, friendly and an amazing host. The additional breakfast treats were perfect. Bosham is lovely, we ate in lovely pub/restaurants, walked around the harbour, had a fab little ferry trip across to Itchenor, and Bosham Walk has unique little craft shops. A perfect 4 nights and will definitely stay again."

"We had a fabulous week in this lovely cottage. Booking and check in went smoothly and queries answered quickly. Cottage location excellent (parking for 2 cars only on forecourt as narrow lane). Accommodation stylish and quirky. Some rooms a little on the small side but beautifully furnished and a lot of thought has gone into this home. We had 6 adults and 2 young children and everyone had a great stay."
