The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars. "I was not able to receive the check-in instructions so the day of I was panicked about how I would gain access to the house and the communication with the host and property manager was strained. Once we arrived at the property it was lovely and as described. It a cute, lovely neighborhood location with a delicious pub right across the street!"
